PHILMONT Tooth of Time - Philmont Scout Ranch, NM PHILMONT SCOUT RANCH Philmont requires a special mention. It was a major part of Troop 33's program in the 70's, 80's and 90's. Troop 33 Scouts have attended Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico 13 times, 11 trips with Troop 33, plus guests with other troops in 2004 and 2008.
